Caveats and Conditions

  1. No Guarantee of Acceptance
    • Participation in the support programme does not guarantee acceptance onto a PhD programme.
    • Final decisions rest with the awarding university and its admissions panel.
  2. Scope of Support
    • Support is limited to the agreed 5 hours of consultancy.
    • Additional time, if required, will incur extra charges at the agreed hourly rate.
    • The programme focuses on proposal development, presentation skills, and documentation—not on conducting substantive research.
  3. Quality of Input
    • The quality of the final application materials depends on the applicant’s own input, responsiveness, and timely completion of tasks.
    • Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
  4. Ethical and Academic Integrity
    • All submitted documents must reflect the applicant’s original work.
    • Support is provided to guide, edit, and structure materials, not to write or falsify research content.
  5. Deadlines and Timelines
    • Applicants must adhere to the tailored project plan to ensure timely completion.
    • Failure to meet agreed deadlines may reduce the effectiveness of the support provided.
  6. Non-Refundable Fees
    • The £1,000 fee is payable in advance and non-refundable, regardless of the applicant’s outcome or continuation with the process.
  7. University-Specific Requirements
    • Each university may have specific or changing requirements for PhD applications (e.g., additional forms, writing samples, or interviews).
    • It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the university’s specific conditions beyond those covered in this support programme.
  8. Visa and Financial Requirements
    • The programme does not cover visa support or financial arrangements.
    • Applicants must independently demonstrate their ability to meet financial requirements (e.g., tuition and living expenses) for PhD enrolment.
  9. Confidentiality
    • All shared materials and discussions will remain confidential, but applicants are responsible for safeguarding their own research ideas and intellectual property.
  10. Changes to Programme
    • The provider reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the programme structure or timeline to improve delivery.
